We have witnessed since childhood the cooperation of our fathers and grandfathers in various fields. We have seen pioneering and distinctive charitable projects in our village that precede cities before villages. Our blessed village has contained:
- A cooperative association that has implemented various projects, including providing water and electricity to households.
- Also, the Qarn Dhabi Charitable Association is the first in the region to serve many villages with innovative and distinctive programs. The "Preservation of Blessings" project is a prime example.
- The Qarn Dhabi Social Development Committee was established, striving and presenting many outstanding programs, with one being the Girls' House.
All of this is by the grace of God and with great support from the people of goodness, both within and outside the village. Today, the sons of Qarn Dhabi carry on what their fathers have sown of goodness to continue its distinction and excellence. This is achieved through the Qarn Dhabi Charitable Projects Council under the supervision and follow-up of His Eminence Sheikh Saleh bin Mohammed, may God protect him, along with the President and members of the charitable association's board of directors, as well as the President and members of the development committee's board of directors. Also, special thanks to the heads of committees working from within our blessed village who are pleased to present to you this application "Qarn Dhabi Residents' Telephone Directory" in its first electronic edition under the generous sponsorship of Hasan bin Mohammed Al-Zahrani Group and his sons. This application aims to enhance communication and cooperation in righteousness and piety, as an extension of the series of services provided to the esteemed people of Qarn Dhabi.
